A message from the Chief Operating Officer Dr Stephen Weller:
This month marks one year since ACU introduced Service Central. Over the past year, Service Central has improved the way we deliver staff services across ACU.
How has Service Central made an impact?
Service Central was created to improve the staff experience and make it easier for you to access the services and information you need. The Service Central project roll out of services was completed six months ago, and whilst this new approach is still in its infancy, it is encouraging to receive favourable feedback from staff. Your feedback assists in continuing to improve Service Central as it matures. The infographic below explains what Service Central has achieved in the last 12 months.
Services available to you through Service Central
Service Central is your single location to access and request a range of Corporate Services and information for staff.
The phased roll-out of Service Central began with Human Resources and Properties and Facilities in November 2018 and was completed in May 2019 when Student Administration joined Service Central.
Today, you can use Service Central to access the staff services provided by:
You can request services through Service Central from any device via the portal, via phone on (07) 3623 7272, or via live chat on the portal.
Share your feedback
I encourage you to continue to share your feedback on our services, the knowledge base and about any other aspect of Service Central via the feedback options at the bottom of the Service Central portal.
Your feedback drives continued improvements to Service Central.
