Academic staff and supervisors are invited to attend a one-hour information session in preparation for upcoming Performance Review and Planning (PRP) discussions.
These interactive sessions will be particularly helpful in learning about the policies and frameworks that support academic performance excellence at ACU and how these can be incorporated in the PRP.
The session will also unpack the steps of the PRP at ACU and provide tips to assist participants in preparing for performance discussions.
Who should attend?
Academic staff and supervisors of academic staff who are new to ACU, as well as staff who would benefit from gaining an update of the PRP process.
