Ethics Hub launches

As a Catholic university, ACU is explicit in its commitment to ethics as an area of study, reflection, debate and practice. The university's mission focuses on pursuit of truth, acknowledgement of universal human dignity, and service of the common good.

As ethics is also one of the key focus areas of the Strategic Plan 2020-2023, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Coordination), Professor Hayden Ramsay, was delighted to announce the launch of the Ethics Hub on Friday 14 August.

This new microsite will highlight and link ethics initiatives and learning opportunities across ACU, as well as spearhead new projects, seminars and resources. As ACU has a wide array of thought leaders with ethics expertise, the Ethics Hub will aim to show how an ethical approach is embedded within all our faculties, schools, institutes and centres.

You can access the Ethics Hub from the ‘About ACU’ section of the ACU public website or by visiting the Ethics Hub webpage.

The microsite will be continually updated with ethics-related news, articles and events. Please email Nicolas Zumaran, Lecturer (Academic Development – Ethics) for any website-related matters.
