Preferential class selection staff survey

Take a brief survey of your experiences with preferential class selection to help to the Class Selection and Timetabling (CST) Project continue to improve timetabling at ACU.

The CST Project is progressing well. Achievements so far include:

• we have moved to a cloud-based version of Allocate+
• Allocate+ has been upgraded several times with a number of improvements on the staff and student interface
• Allocate+ can now accommodate multiple teaching periods at the same time
• preferential class selection was introduced for Semester 2.

We are now planning for the next phases of this project, including:

• using Allocate+ for Summer class selection
• rolling out the full-year 2021 timetable
• aligning 2021 class selection with the October-November re-enrolment period.

As part of this preparation, we are gathering data about how staff and students experienced the recent class selection round.
