The Emerging Leaders and Managers Program (eLAMP) is a great opportunity for new leaders and supervisors to gain skills and knowledge to thrive in the higher education sector. Staff are invited to join an information session providing guidance about applying for an ACU scholarship to participate.
The information sessions are designed to provide you with the program details so you can make an informed decision about committing to study. You will have an opportunity to ask questions and engage with previous participants.
eLAMP is designed for new and aspiring higher education managers covering four modules - Managing and Developing Self, Managing and Developing Others, Managing and Developing the Business and Understanding the Tertiary Landscape.
The program has been designed to support staff within the higher education sector offering insights into current issues and trends and effectively leading and managing in an evolving environment.
The information sessions are conducted via video conference and full program consists of both in person and online learning and will accommodate any requirements for social distancing.
