COVID-19 has presented many challenges for community giving, but ACU Engagement have come up with an innovative way for you to help our community partners, while at the same time, you can do some ‘spring’ cleaning early.
Download the Donation Bingo card, start collecting and ticking off the items on the card, and then box the items up.
When staff can safely return to campus, we will notify you of collection drop-off points and dates. These much-needed items will contribute to our Community Giving Drives – Winter Warm Up, Donations for Dignity, and Threads of Change.
Visit the website to learn more about our community partners and how you can support our communities during this difficult time.
As an extra incentive, the person with the most bingo boxes crossed off when we return to working on campus will have $50 donated to an organisation of their choosing.
We are continuing to work with our community giving partners and searching for ways to assist them during COVID-19. Over the next few weeks, we will be profiling our Community Partners on Workplace, so please keep an eye out and discover other ways you can help our partners in your local area through donations or other support.
Tell us what you are donating or impress us with your Donation Bingo progress by using the hashtag #GivingFromHome and don’t forget to take lots of photos.
