Nominations for the Vice-Chancellor’s Staff Excellence Awards are now open. The awards are an annual opportunity to recognise and celebrate the work of staff undertaken over the previous three years.
This year has presented unparalleled challenges as the world responds to COVID-19. Have you seen a colleague or project go above and beyond to support students or staff at this time? Do not miss this opportunity to nominate and commend this excellent work.
Individual category award winners will receive $500 and winning teams are granted $2,500 (per team).
In addition, a Vice-Chancellor’s Medal for Excellence will also be awarded to the most outstanding nominee, and the medal winner will receive $5,000 (if an individual) or $10,000 (if a team).
Eligibility
Eligibility for the awards is open to all academic and professional staff members, including full-time or fractional, fixed term, contract, sessional and casual staff, who have been employees of ACU for at least one year of service prior to the date of nomination.
This year, eligibility for the awards has been expanded to include casual and sessional staff, in recognition of the significant contributions they make across the university.
