A Research Engagement update:
Maximising the impact of research beyond academia should now be easier with the launch of the research engagement and impact toolkit. This resource includes case studies, fact sheets and flyers, tools and templates, and webinar recordings.
Translating research into social, economic, cultural and/or environmental benefits for the Australian community requires careful consideration and planning.
Research Engagement has developed a suite of resources to help staff at ACU realise impact beyond academia.
Everything from five-minute interviews with researchers about how they approach knowledge translation, to downloadable resources and tools to support the planning of research engagement and impact, is available in the toolkit. The stakeholder/beneficiary analysis tool, for example, will help researchers to identify the most influential people and organisations with whom to engage, while the recorded webinar will help them to collect evidence of the impact of their research.
