Due to the transferred NSW Bank Holiday to Friday 24 December, end-of-year operations will vary from service to service.
These changes to operation are listed below for each directorate, with offices closing at 5pm for that location unless detailed.

The directorate’s NSW office will close from 24 December 2021 to 3 January 2022 inclusive, and the office for other states will close from 25 December 2021 to 3 January 2022 inclusive.
All campuses will be closed from 25 December 2021 to 1 January 2022 inclusive.

The Office of General Counsel and Governance will close from 24 December 2021 to 3 January 2022 inclusive.
This office will close from 17 December 2021 to 3 January 2022 inclusive.
The Marketing and External Relations Directorate will close from 3pm on 24 December 2021 until 3 January 2021 inclusive.

IT Support Services will close from 25 December 2021 to 3 January 2022 inclusive.
HR’s North Sydney offices will close from 23 December 2021 to 3 January 2022 inclusive.
Offices in all other states will shut from 3pm on 24 December 2021 to 3 January 2022 inclusive.
The Finance Directorate’s North Sydney offices will close from 24 December 2021 to 3 January 2022 inclusive.
Brisbane and Melbourne offices will close from 25 December 2021 to 3 January 2022 inclusive.
Fees & Candidature Services will close from 25 December 2021 – 3 January 2022
Enrolments will close from 25 December 2021 – 3 January 2022
Graduations will close from 24 December 2021 – 3 January 2022
Administrative Services, TRB, E&R will close from 25 December 2021 – 3 January 2022
Student Systems and Policy will close from 24 December 2021 – 3 January 2022
AskACU Centres and the Contact Centre will close from 1 pm, 24 December 2021 – 3 January 2022 inclusive. Except North Sydney, Strathfield and Blacktown AskACU Centres which will close from 1pm, 23 December 2021 – 3 January 2022 inclusive.
The COO’s office will close from 20 December 2021 to 7 January 2022 inclusive.
Service Central will close from 1pm on 24 December 2021 to 3 January 2022 inclusive.
Service Improvement Team will be closed from 25 December 2021 to 3 January 2022 inclusive.
Student Support Services will close from 24 December 2021 to 3 January 2022 inclusive for Sydney and Canberra campuses and from 25 December 2021 to 3 January 2022 inclusive for Melbourne and Brisbane.
The Sport, Wellbeing and Residential Life Directorate will close from 24 December 2021 to 3 January 2022 inclusive.
Student Accommodation in Sydney, Ballarat and Canberra will remain open during the holiday period. Residences will be staffed by Residential Advisors, with full-time staff on call during the shutdown period.
ACU Sport Gyms in North Sydney and Melbourne will close from 23 December 2021 to 3 January 2022 inclusive.
The Medical Centre in Brisbane will close from 20 December 2021 to 3 January 2022 inclusive. The North Sydney Medical Centre will close from 20 December 2021 to 14 January 2022.
The Track in North Sydney, Strathfield, Brisbane and Melbourne will close from 20 December 2021 to 10 January 2022 inclusive.
