One of the many functions of the ACU IT Directorate is working alongside others to support, deliver, or explore new ideas.
This may come in the form of a cheerful technology support officer fixing up your computer or classroom audio, a project manager helping to roll out your initiative, a business analyst exploring technology solutions to solve your business problem, or any other IT representative going above and beyond.
With so much of the directorate's work centred around working with others, service excellence is a key focus and core value for all our IT colleagues.
To celebrate their fantastic work this year, nominations are invited from across ACU to share your experience of receiving excellent customer service.

If you’d like to recognise exceptional service, complete an IT Heroes nomination form before the deadline, 11.59pm on Wednesday 8 December. Completing the form takes approximately 10 minutes. Please make sure you answer all three questions.
