ACU teaching staff are encouraged to check the read-only Teacher Validation Database (TVD) in the first half of 2022, to view the units that have been linked to their names for Summer Term (202205), Term 1 Foundation Studies (202214), Trimester 1 (202232), ACU Online Term 1 (202281) and Professional Terms 1 (202207) and 2 (202212).
The Learning and Teaching Centre will be using the data collected through this process to prepare the Student Evaluation of Learning and Teaching (SELT) surveys.
The School/Faculty nominees are responsible for verifying and entering the correct information for staff teaching in units for the relevant study periods above.
View the list of school/faculty nominees.
Please log in to the TVD to check if your details are correctly linked to the unit(s). If you find that the details are incorrectly entered for a unit, or there is a missing unit, please contact your school or faculty nominee to advise them immediately to action your request for change.
Please note: Staff will only be able to view their own information linked to unit(s) on the TVD interface; they will not be able to view information for any other staff who are teaching in the same unit(s).
Check the Teacher Validation Database.
Access to the TVD will close to all staff on Friday 24 December 2021 at 5pm (AEDT), and no changes will be allowed after this date.
