Join The Track’s running program

The Track is hosting a four-week running program in Semester 2, encouraging all staff nationally to get involved and improve your running capacity.

Expert running coach Ben Groth (Level 2 accredited) will provide free beginner and intermediate running programs for all staff who register and, on completing the four-week program, you'll receive a customised ACU Sport running cap and drink bottle.

Register now for the running program, which will be held between Monday 2 August and Sunday 29 August.

This is a great opportunity to set yourself up for success in The Track's Semester 2 virtual race. This will take place following the completion of the running program.
