Student communications advice

Do you communicate with current students as part of your role? Familiarise yourself with student communications processes and key contacts – now in Service Central.

The Internal Communications team has released the first five in a series of planned knowledge articles. These are among the resources being created to progress the Student Content and Communications project, which aims to improve the quality and consistency of information ACU shares with current students.

Staff who participated in this project told us that they’d like support and upskilling, so that they can communicate with students more effectively and confidently.

You can access the first five knowledge articles now in Service Central:

• Who is responsible for which aspects of student communications at ACU?
• Who can assist me with student communications planning and advice?
• Who can review and edit current student communications content?
• Who can I contact if I experience technical, access or functionality issues with the Student Portal?
