Beginning the New Year as we mean to go on

We’ve aligned our team to provide better and more coordinated Human Resources (HR) services for you in the context of an overall reduction in the number of HR staff. Our teams are organised to support you and the delivery of ACU’s Strategic Plan and Strategic Priorities.
Our redesigned HR services strengthen our focus on improving the employee experience in our workplace, while ensuring we’re more responsive to the changing needs of ACU. We’re also increasing our emphasis on Appointments and Services, the analysis of workforce data to ensure our leaders are equipped to support decision-making and that our people management processes are more evidence based.
The new HR structure came into effect on 1 June and the following teams are in place:
