Receiving results information session

The online presentation delivered by the Student Advocacy Service will assist students who may have concerns about their results.

The information session will cover:

  • options regarding results, including fail grades
  • the process of submitting an appeal
  • eligibility criteria required for supplementary assessment
  • information regarding the re-credit of unit/s and refund of fees in special circumstances
  • an overview of ACU support services
