ACU teaching staff members are strongly advised to check the Teacher Validation Database (TVD) to view the units (if any) that have been linked to their names for Winter Term (202145), Professional Terms 5 (202155) and 6 (202165), Trimester 2 (202152) and Term 2 (Foundation Studies) (202154) in the second half of 2021.
The school/faculty nominee is responsible for verifying and entering the correct information on the TVD.
View the list of school/faculty nominees.
Please log in to the TVD to check if your details are correctly linked to the unit(s). If you find that the details are incorrectly entered for a unit, or there is a missing unit, please contact your school or faculty nominee to advise them immediately to action your request for change.
Please note: Staff will only be able to view their own information linked to unit(s) on the TVD; they will not be able to view information for any other staff who are teaching in the same unit(s).
Check the Teacher Validation Database.
Access to the TVD will close to all staff on Sunday 27 June at 5pm, and no changes will be allowed after this date.
The Learning and Teaching Centre will be using the data collected through the TVD in the online evaluation system for preparing the Student Evaluation of Learning and Teaching (SELT) surveys.
It is vital that all (and only appropriate) names are included in the TVD:
