I would like to personally thank you for taking the time to share your experiences through ACU’s inaugural Staff Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Experience Survey.

The response rate of 48 per cent was a strong result and demonstrates how committed you are to making ACU a more inclusive place to work. It also shows that you are passionate about the things that matter – ensuring that we ‘walk the walk’ and that equity, diversity and inclusion is key to our progress.

Once the high-level survey results are received in late July, we will share the outcomes with you via the ACU website. Your feedback on the results will inform the development of the Gender, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and its actions. I ask you to look out for this information that Human Resources will circulate about the survey outcomes.
