Don’t miss your chance to register for an ACU Sport Gym boot camp in Melbourne, North Sydney and Brisbane.
Led by our qualified exercise science gym staff, the 45-minute boot camps will run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday in Melbourne, North Sydney and Brisbane commencing 15 March.
The boot camp workouts will vary week to week and include a mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements within each class session. Workouts are open to all staff and students.
The great advantage of participating in a boot camp is the group dynamic, which helps you to stay motivated and achieve your goals. Although this is a group environment, we support a tailored experience so you can achieve your individual outcome.
All participants will receive a free ACU sports pack which includes a bag, drink bottle and towel.
Dates: 15 March–23 April
Times: Melbourne and North Sydney 7.30am; Brisbane 12.15pm
