Collaborate Plus, the university’s business and innovation hub, has recently launched its national 2021 student pitch competition, Pitch Plus.
This year's Pitch Plus Award focuses on the common good and is anchored by the principle of solidarity – a recognition of our inherent interdependence as social beings and the need to address inequalities, disadvantage, and injustices.
Solidarity is recognising our shared humanity, and this competition is seeking ideas, services and products which can make that ideal a reality.
The Pitch Plus Awards are open to all ACU students from any campus and students must enter their three-minute video pitch via the Student Portal.
The competition closes on Sunday 23 May 2021 and the winner will be announced on Thursday 10 June 2021. The winning entry will receive $500.
Regardless of their area of study, pitching is considered an essential life skill, both professionally and personally. If you are an ACU academic, we ask you to encourage your students to enter Pitch Plus Awards 2021.
For more information, or if you would like one of the Collaborate Plus staff members to come and speak to your students, please email Tayana Grundy.
