Student Advocacy Service resources

The Student Advocacy Service provides students with confidential support, information and referral on matters related to the university’s policies and procedures.

The service team has created a digital library of resources that can assist students with understanding the university’s policies. Lecturers and course coordinators will likely benefit from referring students to these resources during consultations.

The following resources can be found on the student advocacy page on the Student Portal:

  • Student Appeals Process
  • Concerns about final unit grades
  • At risk resources
  • Responding to a show cause notice
  • Termination of Enrolment
  • Re-credit Application
  • Student Complaints and Feedback Process

This video can help you learn more about how we assist students.

If you have any questions about the Student Advocacy Service, please contact Student Advocacy Coordinator Thomas Armstrong.
