Senate election for academic staff
News 19 FebruaryNominations are now open to appoint two members of our academic staff to the university Senate for a term ending in 2028.
Join Professor Sandra Jones and Aaron Cornwall in seminar 6 of the ItSE series as they present on the ACU Autism Inclusion Program and Veteran Transition Program.
While most staff will be aware of these programs, this is a fantastic opportunity to find out more about how the programs work and what they offer to our students and the broader community. The Autism Inclusion Program was announced earlier this year in March on world Autism Day. The Veteran Transition Program was introduced in July of 2020.
Both programs are a direct result of the innovation agenda and are example of ACU's commitment to impact though empathy. An important part of ACU's strategic goals is to advocate for those who are not able to advocate for themselves. These two programs are perfect examples of ACU turning words into action.
