Layers for Lent thanks

An ACU Engagement update:

Campus Ministry and ACU Engagement recognise the enormous generosity of ACU staff in giving to the Layers for Lent campaign.

At the beginning of the Lenten period this year, you were invited to donate warm winter items to help people in our local communities who are experiencing marginalisation and disadvantage to feel warmth in the winter months ahead.

After sorting and counting all items, we are thrilled to announce we received a grand total of 1,058 donations across all our campuses, consisting of a range of clothing and blankets, and hot beverage items in Brisbane.

Wholehearted thanks to those of you who contributed to the success of this drive. Your effort and generosity make a significant difference to those in need who are living around us.
