Since the introduction of Service Central, staff have accessed IT services and Concierge services via the Service Central portal and/or their generic email addresses servicedesk@acu.edu.au and concierge@acu.edu.au.
This process is being streamlined from Wednesday 26 May, with the Service Central portal being the single channel for making requests for IT support or Concierge. The generic email addresses of servicedesk@acu.edu.au and concierge@acu.edu.au will no longer be active.
When you use the Service Central portal, your enquiry or request will be directed to the right team in fewer steps – saving you time and providing a speedier response.
