This STEPtember, get active, get healthy and connect with your teammates as you challenge yourself to take 10,000 steps each day, your way, during September.
STEPtember is all about inclusivity, with over 40 different activities that can be converted into your daily steps. By participating, you’ll be improving the lives and futures of people living with cerebral palsy and other disabilities by raising awareness or funds for research and equipment.
In 2021, ACU raised over $22,000 and stepped 40 million times. This year we have even bigger goals.
There will also be weekly prizes to be won for those achieving their stepping goal to help keep you motivated.
Prizes include:
Keep up to date with activities on your campus via ACU Life, Workplace, or email (once you have registered) to help you stay motivated and achieve your step goal.
Join your campus walking group or try a Zumba, yoga, boxing or HIIT class being delivered at your campus throughout September by ACU Active and ACU Sport. There is something for everyone!
