Please be aware that the submission dates for payroll documentation (eg timesheets and other salary claim forms) and termination documentation (eg resignations, fixed-term contract end), as well as HR assistance with recruitment and contract renewals, will be impacted by the university close-down period.
To enable timely processing of payments over the Christmas and New Year period, it is important that all staff and supervisors are aware of the earlier payroll deadlines and submission dates for separations as indicated below:
