ACU’s business and innovation hub, Co-Lab, has published its five-year report, Growing a village. The report highlights key activities and initiatives across a range of areas such as economic impact, entrepreneurial education and skill development, innovation ecosystem growth and sector diversity.

The report also demonstrates the rich diversity of program participants. Co-Lab’s entrepreneurs and industry collaborations span multiple industry sectors, with an exciting focus on high-growth sectors, including ed-tech, social services, artificial intelligence, virtual reality and augmented reality, marketplace platforms, health and wellbeing, and clean energy.
In addition, the report illustrates notable Co-Lab member success stories from ACU students, alumni and researchers, including ACU alumna Andrea Christie-David who sold her in-home childcare and NDIS support start-up for $9.5 million.
