Virtual meetings are the new norm but can bring with them challenges. This session will explore how to optimise the effectiveness of virtual meetings to achieve the best possible outcomes. You’ll learn how to engage all team members to ensure they participate in conversations and explore different techniques that can be applied throughout meetings.
