ACU Online commences Term 3

This week we welcome a new cohort of students as we commence Term 3 of ACU Online.

ACU Online was launched in December last year and has provided a new and distinct cohort of students with a personalised student experience, supported by smart technology and a new learning platform.

By offering courses specifically designed for online learning we have widened educational opportunities and progressed the reach of our mission.

ACU Online has reached its enrolment targets to date, and we have supported the student experience by offering the same extensive support we provide on campus.

ACU Provost Professor Meg Stuart thanked staff across the university who have contributed to the success of ACU Online so far.

“Many staff across ACU have helped to build this platform and have supported it through the first two terms. It has certainly been a collaborative effort and one which we can all be proud of” Professor Stuart said.

“Thank you to our academic and teaching staff and everyone who has contributed to creating a great student experience so far.”

Professor Stuart said she was most proud of how ACU staff continue to prioritise bringing the human connection we are known for on-campus into this new digital space.

“We have shown that we can be innovative while caring for our students and for one another. Let’s keep up the excellent work.”
