Balancing health, wellbeing and life impacts every aspect of an individual’s life. If improved health and wellbeing is on your goal list for 2022, then come along to our wellbeing lunch ‘n’ learn workshops.
In partnership with our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), we are hosting a series of virtual lunchtime workshops over the coming months. Topics include self-care strategies, building resilience and mindfulness.

Learn about the spectrum of stress and the importance of applying consistent self-care strategies to prevent burnout and fatigue through stressful times.

Want to seize opportunities to build mental fitness? This session will explore the difference between healthy and unhealthy stress and the benefit of establishing daily resilience strategies to maintain wellbeing.
Learn about the underpinning principles of mindfulness and explore the benefits of incorporating mindfulness practice into daily life. This session will guide you through some practical mindfulness exercises that you can take away and apply at home and at work.
Learn about ways in which food choices impact on our brain function and mood from an experienced nutritionist and counsellor. You’ll be provided with practical tips to develop healthy eating habits at home and at work, for optimal health.
Take a look at our wellbeing hub, Wellbeing matters, for quick access to resources to support you in taking care of your wellbeing. You’ll find information and quick links to resources such as ACU Employee Assistance Program, RealTime Health, ACU Active and so much more.
