Library webinar: Introduction to systematic reviews

Join librarians Lisa Gielis and Lindy Ramsay as they demonstrate and discuss how to prepare for and then conduct searches for a systematic review.

Webinar topics will include:

  • considerations and preparations before undertaking a review
  • key guidelines and reporting standards
  • refining your question
  • identifying keywords and synonyms and subject headings
  • creating a search strategy
  • documenting and managing your search results.

The webinar is suitable for researchers and postgraduate students considering undertaking a systematic-style review (systematic, scoping, etc).

This session will focus on reviews in the health sciences, however all discipline areas will be included where possible.
