Workplace login issues resolved

Workplace underwent scheduled maintenance on Monday 24 October which resulted in a number of issues that affected user experience, including the creation of duplicate accounts and login issues.

The duplicate accounts have now been deactivated and all staff should be able to log in to their original account using single sign-on.

The deactivated duplicate accounts remain visible in the Workplace search function. We are working with our support partner to remove these accounts to avoid confusion.

If you are still experiencing issues logging in to Workplace, please log a Service Central request.
