Mental Health First Aid
Wednesday 12 October and Wednesday 19 October, 9am–5pm AEDT
Audience: All staff
This program is designed for staff wanting to gain the skills and confidence to recognise and provide initial level assistance to others experiencing a mental health issue or crisis until the appropriate professional help is received or crisis resolves. Please note, this workshop is completed over two days.

Learn flexible communication skills that will help you balance heart and head in all types of conversations, whether communicating face to face, by phone, or remotely.
Networking for Enhanced Collaboration
Wednesday 12 October, 9.30am–1.30pm AEDT
Audience: All staff
This course will help learners increase personal and team value by teaching them to cultivate a network they can contact for information, advice and coaching. Participants identify what information and expertise they need and who can provide it, practise asking for help, and then learn techniques for maintaining strong working relationships.
Improve Time Management
Monday 10 October, 10am–12pm AEDT
Audience: All staff
Join this session to improve your productivity including the use of time management strategies that become positive habits. You will have the opportunity to set yourself up for success by making these strategies part of your daily rituals and routines.
The Role of Chair
Tuesday 11 October, 2pm–3.30pm AEDT
Audience: Hiring managers
Gain a greater understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and the role and responsibilities as the Selection Committee Chair, ensuring the process is equitable, transparent and timely and candidates have a positive experience.
Women in Leadership: Radiate Confidence

This session is designed for women leaders and their allies to unleash hidden potential by empowering confidence in their leadership ability. We will explore the neuroscience behind women and confidence, quieting the inner critic and conquering self-doubt to advance your career path. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a challenging, real-life scenario in which you learn to identify specific tactics to increase confidence.
Embracing Change

This program focuses on the role of individuals in implementing change. Participants discover their Change IQ, learn about the phases of change that many people experience, and are introduced to best practices that will enable them to tackle and overcome challenges.
Leading Teams Virtually

Throughout this workshop we’ll uncover the challenges of leading virtual teams and understand key factors that are detrimental to a team’s virtual performance.
Mastering Emotional Intelligence

This workshop is designed for staff and supervisors who are looking for ways to overcome challenges evident across organisations. These challenges include becoming emotionally consumed, personal biases and the impact on decision making, and emotional triggers. You will realise how emotional intelligence affects business results and understand how emotional hijacking can interfere with values and outcomes.
