Join STEPtember and support a great cause

Get ready to step up and make a difference! This September, ACU staff are invited to take part in the STEPtember campaign, led by ACU Active on both the Melbourne and North Sydney campuses. By participating, you'll be contributing to crucial research and providing support for individuals living with cerebral palsy.

ACU staff are invited to join in the STEPtember group sessions run by ACU Active on Melbourne and North Sydney campuses.

Throughout September, ACU Active will run weekly sessions to help get your steps up! You can join Team ACU by following the below steps:

  1. Visit - https://www.steptember.org.au/fundraisers/australiancatholicuniversity
  2. Select 'Join Us'.
  3. Create a login by selecting 'First Time Stepper' or select 'I'm back for 2023', if returning.
  4. OPTIONAL -- > Create your team of up to 4 people, nominate a Team Captain and create a unique team name.

Registration is free; however, we encourage you to donate at least $25 sometime throughout the monthly challenge.

Group sessions and activities will be held on the below dates starting at the ACU Active gym:

Melbourne

Weekly group sessions

North Sydney

There will be prizes for the highest steppers:

  1. Major prize of 1x $350 and 1x $150 worth of gift vouchers to the two highest steppers of the month.
  2. ACU Active/ACU Sport merch to the highest stepper of the week.
