News 24 JulyA message from Executive Dean of Health Sciences Professor Suzanne Chambers: Winter has so far been a season of future-thinking and action for the Faculty of Health Sciences.
We have now moved to OpenAthens for off-campus access to readings from library resources. Help students to access readings when they are off campus by converting your links.
At the end of last year, a request was made to update any links in online units. If you missed this message, please take action now.
If you have links to articles, ebooks, ebook chapters, etc. in library subscription resources, such as Ebscohost, Proquest, Wiley, or Clinical Key, in your online units and you haven’t already updated them to use OpenAthens, you need to do so immediately.
Remember, you only need to create OpenAthens links for library subscription resources. Links to websites and open access material that is freely available on the internet do not need to be created using OpenAthens.
The Centre for Education and Innovation team has created a video to help you update links, or you can contact LibraryHelp@acu.edu.au for advice and support.
If you're using Leganto readings lists there's nothing to do and the library has been busy updating your links for you.
