Self-care during change

It is important to remember that feeling uncertain, fatigued, stressed and burnt out are common and normal feelings when change is occurring. Self-care is an activity we can do both individually and collectively as a whole organisation.

Attend one of the two upcoming sessions where you'll have the opportunity to explore when good stress can shift to bad stress and the warning signs associated with it by referring to a stress continuum.

You’ll learn:

  • the difference between burnout and fatigue
  • how making use of a self-care scale and wheel can support you and your colleagues through change
  • what support activities are available and how best to make use of different tools.
