Self-care through change

Uncertainty, fatigue, stress and feeling burnt out are common experiences when change is occurring. Self-care activities can support our wellbeing and upcoming workshops explore strategies that you can apply.

A great starting point is to be self-aware in relation to your levels of stress.  It's useful to identify how much stress is helpful and energising, and to identify when you might be heading into the burnout zone. With this awareness you can be proactive about your self-care.

This 60-minute virtual workshop explores a range of self-care strategies that are helpful for dealing with change and can also be applied in everyday life. The workshops are facilitated by Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
