Complete a short online training module, designed to provide an awareness of the key risks that can arise in our workplace and importantly, how these risks should be managed.
At ACU, we all play a part in managing risk. Whether to protect people from harm, to minimise the potential for financial loss or to safeguard ACU’s reputation, everyone has a part to play in building a positive risk culture.
A key component of risk management is our ongoing commitment to support staff awareness of our workplace policies and procedures and responsibilities in managing risk.
To support this commitment, we have developed a Managing Risk at ACU training module to provide an awareness of the key risks that can arise in our workplace and importantly, how these risks should be managed.
The new 30-minute online module now forms part of our induction at ACU and is also available to all permanent and fixed-term employees to refresh your understanding of this important topic.
Access the module via the ACU Learning Hub, under the ‘My Learning’ tab. All required learners are asked to complete this learning to refresh your understanding of the role we all play in managing risk.
If you need assistance accessing the Learning Hub, please contact Service Central.
If you have any questions relating to the topics covered in this training, please reach out to your supervisor.
Congratulations to the five innovative projects, selected as the recipients of funding through the ACU Teaching Development Grant scheme.
