New travel platform

ACU’s travel provider FCM is launching a new platform on Wednesday 28 August.

Take a tour

When FCM Platform is operational, a quick onboarding tour will appear when you first sign in to guide you through the key features.

The new platform offers an enhanced experience with:

  • A modern, consistent experience whether you're on a computer, tablet, or mobile app.
  • More self-service options, allowing you to take more control of your travel needs.
  • Significantly improved features for reporting, safety, and risk management.
  • The guarantee that FCM manages our roadmap and values customer feedback to steer future improvements and integrations on our platform.

Things to check

It’s a good idea to go to your profile to check if your details are still up to date. Please make any necessary updates to ensure these are correct e.g. loyalty programs, preferences, notifications.

Also check that any existing trips you’ve made with FCM appear in the ‘My trips’ section. If you have made any bookings that were outside FCM, you can manually import these by clicking ‘Import booking’.

If you are an arranger, check that you can see all your travellers in ‘My travellers’.

You can also download the app to your mobile.
