Join this session to improve your productivity including the use of further time management strategies that become positive habits. These include - eliminate time bandits; manage interruptions and learn techniques for saying no to certain requests. Gain practice in setting yourself up for success by making these strategies part of your daily rituals and routines.

Establishing a culture of healthy team cohesion is essential for supporting individual employee wellbeing and overall organisational success. The lack of it can result in disruptive conflict, poor performance and compromised results. Join this workshop to uncover key strategies for optimal team cohesion and the role you play in it.

Our health and wellbeing is one of our greatest assets in life, yet without giving it the right care and attention, it can quickly become compromised. Based on positive psychology, this workshop is designed to bring awareness to the importance of proactively looking after our mental health and wellbeing within the workplace. During this session you'll learn the foundation to positive mental health and wellbeing and what research-based strategies can be adopted to support optimal outcomes.

This program is for staff looking to develop a greater understanding of the importance of kinship and community in the everyday life of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff and students. This program will be particularly useful for staff who are interacting with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, colleagues and communities.
