With the pace of change continuing to accelerate, this session (part one of three) will help participants shift their relationship with change. It also equips you to better support and engage others through changing ways of thinking and working.

Often, these situations involve uncomfortable emotions and conversations. Giving feedback is an invaluable skill for your communication toolkit. Once learned and mastered, you will be able to build more effective workplace relationships while driving continual improvement.

To chair recruitment interviews at ACU you must equip yourself with the knowledge to ensure you're following the right procedure and protocols throughout the recruitment process. The responsibilities of a chair are different to those of an interview panel member. If you're looking to prepare yourself to recruit for continuing or fixed-term staff, you must first complete the Role of Chair training. In this 80-minute session, you will gain a high-level understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and your responsibilities as a Chair.
