It’s NAIDOC Week

It’s NAIDOC Week - a time to recognise and celebrate the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

The theme for NAIDOC Week 2024 is "Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud & Proud", which emphasizes the vibrancy, resilience, and strength of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures. Read more about this year’s theme.

ACU will celebrate NAIDOC Week from 19 August to 23 August, when students have returned from the winter recess.

This will be an opportunity to come together as a community, engage in meaningful activities, and deepen our understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures. Stay tuned for further details about activities happening on your campus.
