We all have a part to play to ensure we are protecting ACU from cyber threats. Passwords are the first line of defence against cyber-attacks, and they should be strong, unique, and hard to guess. ACU’s password complexity requirements have changed.
Please take the opportunity to update your password, noting that some systems may take some time to reflect your changed password. In some cases, you may need to update your password across multiple devices and locations.
The How do I reset my password at ACU? knowledge base article will guide you through resetting your password. Please select from the available scenarios which best reflect your circumstances and follow the instructions.
It’s a good idea to have this knowledge base article, previous and current passwords, and Service Central contact details at hand before you begin.
