About the Session
In Service Excellence, we introduce you to the ACU service excellence framework, principles, expectations and standards. You will learn about different types of service, types of customers, and begin developing techniques to deliver service excellence.
- Develop an understanding of the Service Excellence Framework and apply it to the services delivered in your area at ACU
- Visualise and articulate your vision and goals, aligned with the Service Excellence Framework
- Transform perceptions of ambiguity and complexity into a value-creating mindset.
- Identify opportunities to create a high-performance culture within your team, enabling delivery of motivated and proactive services

These workshops are available to all staff. They are not mandatory for casual staff.
Casual staff must obtain prior approval from their supervisor or manager to attend the training. For casual Academic staff such approval is required from the National Head of School or nominated supervisor (consistent with point 23. of the Employment of Sessional Academic Staff Policy)
The Faculty or Unit is responsible for paying the casual staff member for the time while they attend any non-mandatory professional development.
