About the Session

Leadership is stretching at the best of times, and leading hybrid and remote teams brings additional challenges and opportunities. How can we be an effective leader from a distance and in-person?

This interactive masterclass explores what great leadership looks like in practice. You will have an opportunity to reflect on your own experiences of outstanding leadership and how those qualities translate when we're not face-to-face.

The90 minute session explores the two common pitfalls of leadership and the negative impact these approaches can have on those we lead. You will self-evaluate your current approach against six research-based daily practices that apply equally in remote and face-to-face leadership. These include; Reflecting, Inspiring, Developing, Connecting, Delegating and Clearing.

You will have the opportunity to undertake an online assessment to discover the Leadership Practices you use most often.
