Introduction to Leximancer

A workshop suitable for all social, behavioural and humanities researchers and doctoral candidates.

This three-hour introductory workshop to Leximancer will introduce participants to the software through hands-on practice with real data. Topics covered will be the theory underlying the analytical process; its uses and guided practice with data. Examples of published literature will also be provided. No experience with Leximancer is required but a working knowledge of Google Drive is desirable. Participants can obtain a copy of leximancer from the library and use their own laptops for the session or computers with lexaminancer will be available in the room on the day.
