You can access the draft change plan by using the link below:
All change plans have been developed in line with the University’s framework for leading and managing change. The framework ensures organisational change is managed in a transparent and constructive way. Information relating to the process is available on the Meeting the Challenge website.
If you have any questions relating to the change plans, please contact your manager or Change Lead.
You can also visit the Meeting the Challenge website for information about why we are making the changes, an overview of the change management process and answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.
Support available for staff
We understand that organisational change can be difficult. ACU has a range of support available to staff affected by the change process. Support available includes:
Visit the support section of the ‘Meeting the Challenge’ website for information on how to access these resources.
ACU also has specialist staff within Campus Ministry who can offer pastoral care, especially during moments of challenge and uncertainty. Our Chaplains (Catholic priests), and Campus Pastoral Associates are available on all campuses to be a listening ear and an encouraging presence. Campus Ministry staff can also pray with and for you if you would like to take up that opportunity.
To access this support, please contact campusministry@acu.edu.au.
