Mental Health First Aid Training

Register now to learn how to support a friend, family member or co-worker experiencing a mental health problem, including how to approach someone and start a safe conversation.

The Mental Health First Aid Training is designed for staff wanting to learn how to provide first level assistance to others experiencing a mental health issue or crisis until the appropriate professional help is received.

Upcoming scheduled sessions include:

Canberra, 11-12 March
Melbourne 16-17 March
North Sydney, 10-11 March
Strathfield, 14 & 16 July

Alternatively, you can complete an expression of interest for this program.
Staff will be added to the registration list and the workshop will be scheduled once a sufficient number have registered their interest.
