Due to the transferred NSW Bank Holiday to Thursday 24 December, end-of-year operations will vary from service to service.
These changes to operation are listed below for each directorate, with offices closing at 5pm for that location unless detailed.

The directorate’s NSW office will close from 24 December 2020 to 1 January 2021 inclusive, and the office for other states will close from 25 December 2020 to 1 January 2021 inclusive.
All campuses will be closed from 25 December 2020 to 1 January 2021 inclusive.

The Office of General Counsel and Governance will close from 24 December 2020 to 1 January 2021 inclusive.
This office will close from 21 December 2020 to 1 January 2021 inclusive.
The Marketing and External Relations Directorate will shut from 3pm on 24 December 2020 until 1 January 2021 inclusive.
Creative Services will close a day earlier, on 23 December 2020.
The Future Students team will be unavailable from 24-29 December 2020, inclusive, and again on 1 January 2021. This team will be available from 8am-4pm on 30 and 31 December 2020, and you can contact them via phone, chat, email, SMS or online via AskACU.
IT Support Services will close from 25 December 2020 to 1 January 2021 inclusive.
HR’s North Sydney offices will close from 24 December 2020 to 1 January 2021 inclusive.
Offices in all other states will shut from 3pm on 24 December 2020 to 1 January 2021 inclusive.
The Finance Directorate’s North Sydney offices will close from 24 December 2020 to 1 January 2021 inclusive.
Brisbane and Melbourne offices will shut from 25 December 2020 to 1 January 2021 inclusive.
Fees and Candidature Services, Enrolments, Admissions, Timetabling and Room Bookings, Examinations and Results, and Course Information Management will close from 25 December 2020 to 1 January 2021 inclusive.
The Graduations team will be unavailable from 23 December 2020 to 1 January 2021 inclusive.
Student Systems and Policy will close from 24 December 2020 to 1 January 2021 inclusive.
AskACU will close at 1pm on 24 December 2020 and reopen on 2 January 2021. Future Students will be available from 8am-4pm on 30 and 31 December 2020, and you can contact them via phone, chat, email, SMS or online via AskACU.
The COO’s office will close from 21 December 2020 to 1 January 2021 inclusive.
Service Central teams will be closed from 1pm on 24 December 2020 to 1 January 2021 inclusive.
The Service Improvement Team will be unavailable from 24 December 2020 to 1 January 2021 inclusive.
OSS will shut from 23 December 2020 to 1 January 2021 inclusive.
The Student Engagement and Services Directorate will be closed from 24 December 2020 to 1 January 2021 inclusive.
Student Accommodation in Sydney, Ballarat and Canberra will remain open during the holiday period. Residences will be staffed by Residential Advisors, with full-time staff on call during the shutdown period.
ACU Sport Gyms in North Sydney and Melbourne will be closed from 21 December 2020 to 1 January 2021 inclusive.
The Medical Centre in Brisbane will close from 21 December 2020 to 1 January 2021 inclusive. The Medical Centre in Melbourne will shut from 25 December 2020 to 1 January 2021, inclusive, but it will reopen for 29 and 31 December 2020.
The Track in North Sydney and Melbourne will shut from 21 December 2020 to 1 January 2021 inclusive. From 14-18 December 2020, operating hours at both these locations will be 11.30am to 2pm.
