Research awards for women academics

As part of ACU’s ongoing commitment to gender equality, the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research) is offering up to three Research Awards for Women Academic Staff in 2020, each worth $12,500 (for expenditure in 2021).

This award aims to assist women researchers returning to work after a period of absence to re-establish their research profile.

How to apply

1. Access the Policy for the Research Awards for Women Academic Staff, which includes the application form and procedure, on the policies website.
2. Complete the application form, including the required supporting documentation.
3. Have your application form signed by the relevant delegated officers.
4. Submit your completed application to res.development@acu.edu.au by the closing date.

Applications for the Research Awards for Women Academic Staff will close at 5pm on Friday, 6 November 2020.

The outcome of the application process will be announced by the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research) in December 2020.
