Did you know adding more exercise into your daily routine can reduce stress levels, increase productivity and boost your immune system? Join us for STEPtember to move together for cerebral palsy.
In these times of lockdown and reduced movement, there’s never been a better time to join Australia’s leading health and wellness fundraising event. Not only will you be doing your brain and body good, but you’ll also be raising vital funds to support people living with cerebral palsy. From research into the causes and prevention of cerebral palsy to identifying babies at risk and providing essential mobility equipment, you can create lasting impact.
So let’s all get active, get connected and foster teamwork. Take the challenge of taking 10,000 steps each day during September. With more than 40 activities that will count towards your 10,000 steps, you can walk, swim, ride, wheel or spin your way through September.
Did you know that, every 20 hours, an Australian child is born with cerebral palsy resulting from damage to the developing brain? Whether it’s through early intervention, life-changing technology and equipment, or ground-breaking research, by stepping up you can help to improve the lives of children and adults living with cerebral palsy.
